Web Contracting

When you hire me to build a web site for you.  I will test the look and feel.  I will accept input from you as to what type of site you are wanting to build.   Consotations are free.  I do not charge for meeting with you or contact by email as to what you want in a web site.

Recommendations are also free.  If I recommend something to you I will not charge for my suggestions to improve your web site.

I charge you for work that I have done to build your site.  Image manuplations, Theme Customizations, Creation of new themes... . 

If you have a theme you have purchased elsewhere but need help with the content.  I can help build your website and/or make customizaitons to the theme.

I do not know everything about building a website.  As there is way too much for anyone to know.  If I don't know how to do something I will research that objective and then let you know If that is something I can do.

• HTML / CSS / Javascript sites
• Joomla / Theme customizations
• WordPress / Theme customizations

Site Maintenance

• PHP Code modifications
• HTML / CSS / JavaScript modificatons
• Fixing MySQL database errors. 
• Site Backups / Restore of Web Content or Databases from a previous backup.

What will I not accept for a Web Contract

• Flash Web sites ( I have no editor to modify Flash based websites)
• Any coding method not listed under What type of websites I can build for you
• Prono Sites (nude, sex, Erotic or Lingerie content)
• Gambeling
• Hate or Abusive Content sites.
• I reserve the right to reject any web contract.

Pricing

• Pricing can also be determined after contracting me for a Web Design Project.
• Most Web Projects I have done so far is without a "Set Pricing" or "Set Policy" in place.
• My objective is to provide the best possilbe service I can at an affordable price.
• I have seen sites that have been developed for over $4,000 dollars that I could build better and at a cost of around $500 - $900 - Depending on time involved in building the web site.
• I have built nice HTML sites for around $300.

Pricing for Web Design Projects can be deterimined based on objectives, how simple or complexed of a site you desire.

Monthly Service Charge (Maintenance Fee)

Pricing to be determined

With a monthly service charge.  I will make minor changes to your website with no additional costs.  Such as: changes to spelling, grammer, Contact information changes (Email, Phone, Contact Address).  Or other minor chages.

Creation of new pages - May not included in Monthly Service Charge.  I reserve the right to determine if this is a minor change.

Auto Billing - n/a

I have no ability to setup an auto billing method.

To enable a Monthly Service Charge, the determined fee must be paid first.  Service fee can be paid anytime.  Once the fee has been paid it is good for 30 days.  Monthly Service fees do not need to be paid each month.  You may pay a service fee and then another several months later.

Monthy Service Fees Do not cover

Monthly Service charge does not cover a full redesign of website or any major changes.  This would fall under a new web contract.

Policy Changes

This Page is currently under contstruction.  Currently determining policies / procedures.  So that I can accept a web contract.

If it is determined that I need to change my policies I will do so as needed. However contacts created under orginal agreement will be honored until such agreement expires.

I have built many websites with no defined policys or defined pricing.

Contract Termination

You can end your contract with me at anytime and only pay for the work I have done.  If I start a project, and you have not taken any of my designs (images, content, code) and you choose to end the contract then we can terminate the contract with out additonal charges.

If you choose to end a contract where my designs / content has been retained by you.  I expect to be paid for my work.  If you do not.  Do not expect to hire me for a future contract.
