I will make minor customizations as needed for 30 days after the site has been finalized.  For additional 30 days please see contract under Monthly Service Charge.

If these changes are need within 30 days after the site has been finalized there will be no additional charge for my services.

Docs / Support

Documents will be created to provide support on both free templates and the paid templates to help with the designing process of building a web site.  Other documents will be created as needed to provide support on how to use templates and how to publish a website.  

No support will be offered to help you build your own site.  Other than online docs.

Random Text

When creating a template.  The template may contain some generalized text which may not have a lot of meaning.  Basically the random text is used to show how text might look on a page.  Many web developers will use text which is written in Latin or some other language.
